I planted 100 of those buggers in my yard when I was a kid. Thanks Dad. Only about 50 made it. You can get 5 to 10 grand for a mature tree. Only 50 more years to go till they're mature. Retirement fund I guess.

Thats not a bad idea, you just need the time and patience to get them to the right age and value, just keep dogs away from them when they start producing nuts in adolescence....
