We [b]urgently[/b] need to eliminate the misunderstanding that has arisen: I was unjustly [b][u]banned forever[/u][/b], without explaining the reasons and the opportunity to justify myself. I think this is simply an [b]unprecedented injustice[/b]. All I need at the moment is the [u][b]developer's answer[/b][/u]: Why was I banned. Further, depending on the answer, or lack of it, take further measures, namely: to understand the problem and resolve the issue - most likely by [i][u][b]restoring the account[/b][/u][/i].
