I think this could work. Seeing as we already have an ice-themed exotic for the warlock (Winter's Guile) maybe we can actually make use of it. Update the exotic to increase the stasis melee override range and radius. Yes, right now both the exotic and melee override are bad but this will give the exotic a chance to be used and make the stasis melee override not completely broken/useless.
