Pre order cancelled
I had pre ordered the new dlc but appears Sony cancelled my pre order and I tried to get my money back so I can pre order it again they told me it would take 7 business days which is bs because I never saw my $80 dollars ever again.. I’m upset that I didn’t get my refund to re purchase the dlc. Also went to try re pre ordering it and they expect me to pay another $80 on top of what I already paid?... like seriously so mad that this happened.. so idk what to do... not paying another $80 dollars ... Well I saw in other post that it still shows up as payed for, this me as either they never canceled it, or the restored it and kept ur money, if it is canceled and u no longer have access to the dlc, then it is likely that however u payed is not refunding u, if u used a card the it is Sony, but if u used PayPal then likely they are keeping ur money they never work properly, at work we have to keep receipts for canceled PayPal paid orders for like a year because of this
