Introduce a Titan exotic chest piece that transforms your rally barricade into a mobile combat shield that lasts for 5 seconds. while the shield is active: - The mobile shield is weaker than the normal barricades, but is able to withstand a few shots/bursts from primary weapons or one shot from a special weapon. It is completely defenseless against heavy weapons and abilities/supers. - The shield will only cover the chest, lower abdomen, and the lower part of the face, but the players legs and most of the head will still be exposed. This means that other players will have a temporary disadvantage when shooting the body and gives the wielder of this exotic an edge when facing multiple enemies/guardians shooting at you. [Edit] - Removed a section of the OP that mentioned weapon buffs. The shield would neither enhance nor reduce weapon performance. - the shield will reduce your sprint to a slight jog, walking and strafe speed remain the same and while the shield is up you cannot slide. (you are literally walking around with a shield, you shouldn't be able to slide). - While this exotic is equipped, standing near any barricades placed by other team mates will slightly boost resilience and slightly reduce AOE damage. The purpose of this exotic is to give the player more utilization of the rally barricade (especially in pvp). It is also meant to be used for emergency situations to increase your chances of survival. According to destiny lore titans are known to rely on their strength and skills in weapons. They are also a wall to defend others and push against the darkness. This exotic in my opinion would bring titans back to the basics of who they are and be fun to use.
