Umbral engrams
When I first started the season of arrival mission I backed out to play with friends and gained umbral engrams form public events and strikes when I went back to do the mission it didn't let me pick up the engrams from the drifter so I'm stick with ten umbral engrams in my inventory and I cant decode or dismantle them its annoying and it wont let me decode normal engrams so I'm stuck

As a workaround, you can complete this step on a second character where your inventory is not full of Umbral Engrams. This progress is account-wide, so once you unlock the ability to decode them on this second character, you can go back to the original character and turn them in. Otherwise, this is slated to be resolved in the next hotfix.
