What is the genuine point to doing a solo flawless when one of the mechanics intrinsic to success is broken? I'm talking about MOTES. Sometimes you run over them and they don't pick up. Sometimes you run over them and they fall through the environment. Sometimes they just fall through the environment for no reason. This has always been a problem in Gambit, but ok it's understandable that can happen once in awhile. In the Prophecy Dungeon it has happened to me every round without fail. It's aggravating to lose when the fault of failure is not my own.

Don't forget about when your in GoS at the boss encounter and one of the motes just falls off the side....

Flawless is pointless. It will be sunsetted and when d3 drops pointless.

Streamers, Redeem inparticular have made it where bungie is creating content for them, the 1 percent. This is the wrong answer, and when they dropped grandmaster NF, Gladd threw it in their face and left the game......watchable content..... I did the Shattered throne solo and got the emblem. Requiring flawless for a solo achievement is dumb, it's already made for top tier raid teams and the raid seals.

Lolol it's why I don't do flawless stuff. Flawless is an absolute joke because it is luck based.

I love this dungeon but dont know why they reintroduced the mote mechanic without fixing it when it has been complained about for 2 years

It's even better when it's a crucial grenade you depend on for survival that goes through the floor or just gets straight-up absorbed into an enemy.

Ugly emblem from a bad experience. Sounds great. It's really a shame because this dungeon has a very cool aesthetic, but every encounter is just a worse copy of the previous, and the boss is one of the least engaging experiences I've ever seen.

seems to be a an issue carried over from gambit, Garden has the same problem with motes.

Don't forget that when you perform an action that drops a held item, it deletes your motes if you're at max.

Not even attempting until the game drops me a Taken Barrier, which it seems to like not doing.

Haven't done the dungeon, but when that glitch happens in Gambit, where running over it won't pick it up, I slide, and that always works.

I mean...there isn’t a wipe mechanic afaik so if they fall through you’ll just have to wait for more knights to spawn. It’s tedious and annoying but yeah; I don’t think I’ll do it any time soon.

Could be worse like the door to the Hexahedron not opening forcing you to restart But yeah motes still not working properly since season 4

It’s only happened to me very rarely in my Prophecy runs. Definitely happens more in Gambit for me though.
