The issue with Cabbage error codes is that this error code is specific to the cause, which is that traffic is being blocked to the Destiny server. This could happen by either a firewall or if your modem or router is using those ports for other reasons. The Currant error code also suggests that there is some form of network connectivity issue., which could be associated with the Cabbage error code. Another thing you can try is baseline your whole network. Factory reset your router and reconfiguring it may eliminate any potential issues with your router blocking the network traffic. Once you reset your router, don’t add any port forwarding rules and only connect your console to it and see if the issue is resolved. If it is, slowly start adding devices back. If the issue starts up again after a certain device is added back, then you know that that device is causing the communication to be blocked. You can troubleshoot at that point.
