This helmet has so much potential but as it is now... let's say it just not good when compared with others. Yeah... ability energy regen is handy but that's about it because that "heal" when you're critically wounded is in 99 % so negligible, in fights where you could need it, that Bungie could remove this part from perk and nobody would notice that.
My ideas:
"Grants ability energy when you're damaged. When critically wounded, regain maximum health on kills..."
1) ... and reload all weapons OR weapon you just holding
2) ... and fully recharge random ability (all abilities would be too much, mainly in PvP)
3) ... and restore portion of shield - depends on remaining Health... (shield = restored Health / 2)
... 100 % Health --> restore 0 % Health and 0 % shield
... 80 % Health --> restore 20 % Health and 10 % shield
... 50 % Health --> restore 50 % Health and 25 % shield
... 10 % Health --> restore 90 % Health and 45 % shield
What's your opinion? Is this good, bad or something between?

1 and 2 are a no go for me. I do not see the reload be as useful and I am not a fan of “chance” based perks. 3 is interesting though🤔 I like it.
