STILL locked out of obtaining Divinity. It’s been nearly 6 months...

Here’s the issue I had NEARLY 6 MONTHS AGO: Finished all quests steps for divinity except for the puzzle in raid and clearing the boss on my warlock. Got a team together from my clan and we needed a hunter so I obliged, and ended up finishing the puzzle and clearing the boss. Both chests were present on screen and when I went to loot the one containing divinity, i heard the sound queue for an exotic drop, and for a brief second it appeared on my screen, then vanished. I looked through my postmaster, vault and inventory and nothing. I then checked collections and the divinity spot was still blank. However, in my triumphs it showed that I obtained it. Furthermore, the quest considered itself complete so I had no way of ever re-acquiring the quest step and therefore locking me out of obtaining the exotic entirely. I’ve ran the raid several other times even doing a divinity run for a friend to help him get his, and still nothing. I’ve checked forums to see if I’m the only one in the word to have this happen and found out I am not alone...so my biggest question is why I’m the world are we 6 months after the fact and there’s no fix for this???? Do you only look at posts based on popularity? This is a game-breaking issue that players, like myself, had paid to get access to in order to get completely shut out of it because your game, technical support, and capability in remedying the situation are sorely lacking. You are a game company which seems like doesn’t want to do things like other game companies, where people put tickets in for fixes/bugs and gets to talk to a human being. I get it, it costs money, but for crying out loud - you’re system barely works! Case in point: I’ve posted here before in hopes that someone from bungie sees my post to get a fix for this bug. I’ve also sent direct messages to dmg and posted on destiny twitter, only to realize your help/support for your game is garbage. It should be bungie “hope” forums because that’s all a players got for a problem to get fixed. There is no guarantee of a bungie employee seeing a forum post. Hot garbage. Six months later, still blind to this issue, I was wrong to “hope” that there would be ”help” but, please prove me wrong. ::off my soapbox::
