Possible ideas to improve the Trials loot system

I think we can all agree that (one of) the biggest issues with Trials is the loot system. Here's some ideas that could possibly make the loot better for everyone. These changes would allow casual player to earn some basic trials gear just by putting in the time, while also giving the "sweats" some awesome loot to chase. -You no longer need 3 wins to turn in your tokens. -Losing a match does not reward any tokens, but winning a match awards more tokens than it currently does. -More wins on your card=more tokens per match win (first win gives 5-6 tokens, then maybe 7-8 from the second win and so on). -Packages award entirely random trials gear, but you can choose between weapons/armor (all rank-up packages should be like this IMO). -Daily/repeatable bounties act the same, but the daily bounties require moderately more to complete and award more tokens than they currently do. -The (two) weekly bounties now award a particular weapon and armor piece (for example, one weekly bounty awards the auto rifle, and the other gives a helmet). The particular items from these bounties would change each week. -3, 5, and 7 wins still give set items each week, but each gives you a choice between 2-3 items. -Flawless awards one adept weapon and one high rolled armor piece -Adept weapons have a slightly different look, as well as having the Celerity perk intrinsically. -After you go flawless in a particular week, you can choose to start an "adept" passage. -The adept passage is basically Trials hard mode. It gives the sweatiest players a place to truly put their skills to the test, in order to earn some sweet loot. -Teams doing an adept passage will be matched against other teams doing the same. Adept matchmaking is win based, just like the other passage. -Wins on the adept passage award enhancement cores/prisms and tons of xp and tokens -At 3, 5, and 7 adept wins, you are awarded with similar choices as the standard passage, but the weapons are all adept and the armor pieces have higher stat rolls. All of these would also be pinnacle drops. -Adept wins also have a chance to reward adept ornaments for the trials armor. -Going flawless on an adept passage awards 3 pinnacle drops: a fully masterworked adept weapon, a fully masterworked armor piece with an extremely high stat roll (at least 70), and a fully masterworked exotic armor piece (also with high stats). -The adept flawless also rewards a bunch of upgrade materials, tokens, and an adept flawless emblem. Thoughts?
