Good evening, yesterday morning, after several partly competitive crashes and a suspension from pvp activities, on returning to the game it gives me a ban message. Assuming that since I play Desginy and, in multilayer games in general, I have never used cheats and never used programs that harm Bungie's policies, I thought it was due to an unstable connection. I'm Italian and these days due to the Covid-19 emergency the connections are somewhat stable. I trust a response from you and a further explanation on the suspension of my account. Thanks so much

If your Ban/Restrictions was applied to your account while you were participating in a matchmade activity, you may have been sent to orbit with an error code when it's enforced. The 1st Restriction lasts for 2 weeks, followed by 2 Months and finally a permanent Restriction from all PvP matchmaking. Bans are permanent, and you'll see a "Not so fast..." banner message when trying to log in.
