It has no set point in the timeline. I wanted to leave it vague since the whole point is that the situation the world is stuck in [i]hasn’t changed[/i]. The fact that it could take place in Shadowkeep or Forsaken or The Red War or Rise of Iron or Taken King or so on is meant to emphasize how little has been accomplished when it comes to the eternal war’s end.
