140 rpm HC feel totally different in PC vs console. The recoil is too much. If you miss a head shot the you are Outgunned by literally anything. May be because of the frame rates the PC hand canons feel different.

As Josh Hamrick said himself “It’s very expensive for the sandbox team to go back in and change things”

If you think hand cannons suck on consoles, try snipers. The only shooting game I ever got decent with a sniple rifle was Borderlands 2... On PC
-
It is not the frame rates. It is that they work different on pc than console. From bloom to recoil HC on the pc are much more forgiving than console. Why does every one always go right to the frame rate?

Modifié par kellygreen45 : 1/24/2019 2:27:34 PMIts not frame rates. Its more recoil and less aim assist that you're feeling....especially if you're playing with a controller on PC. Look for HCs with the "Sureshot" sight (highest aim assist).....max out stability where you can....and go with a "Target Adjuster" mod. (Gives additional aim-assist).

Get Ace of Spades, Malfeasance, and or Trust... If you are lucky... A GOD ROLL of Duke. HCs are fine rn. They're fun to use. They aren't OP, and they are easily countered. I learned the hard way after being brutally killed by them at the start of my D2 journey last month.
-
Anything other than precision HC are inconsistent on console. Night and day difference on PC. There doesn’t seem to be a fix in sight.
-
It's the flinch and recoil not frame rate, d1 had 30fps and hand cannons were fine but in d2 they are terrible besides the 180rpm ones
