Local 15 year old destiny forum viewer starts comment with "as a destiny 1 alpha player". Opinion is much more respected.
People looked on in amazement as 15 year old Cody stated he was a d1 alpha player.
"I couldn't believe what I was seeing" remarked an avid viewer of the forums. "Here I am just dropping the kids off at the pool and a grizzled veteran just shows up on a nerf post. I'm truly humbled to even witness his comment".
"I'm just a casual player of the franchise" stated another passer by.
"Been playing since HoW and I must say when I read how long he had been playing my nipples shot off and hit my boss, I got fired and I'm probably gonna be homeless by the first of the month. Totally worth it."
I caught up with the legend and spoke with him myself.
I asked how did it feel to have such an unknown feat to the rest of the community. "Ya know it feels good I must say, just clicking on any forum post and knowing for a fact that my opinion holds more value is great. I mean I can make or break a post for these d2 peasants."
Do you let the power get to your head sometimes I asked.
"Absolutely not, I'm the most humble guy out there hands down. I'm just trying to help the community by fighting for the things that I want."
I tried to ask Cody one more question but he only replied that he could no longer talk because he was to busy banging so many hot chicks. But of course I replied. I just felt satisfied that he even talked to me at all.
Legends really do walk among us folks.

This is exactly why stat tracking was removed from the forum as well. I actually wish it would come back but the negativity that came with it I kind of see why it’s gone.

21 commentairesI personally feel that a person with significant experience in the entire game has a better point of view to make recommendations IF those recommendations are for the betterment of the game. USUALLY people with the experience are more interested in their own wellbeing and not that of the community or the game. IE. skill based matchmaking. many experienced and good players will say that they dont want everymatch to be a sweat fest.. problem with that thinnking is that for the bottom half of the community and those who don't play often, EVERY MATCH IS ALREADY SWEATY. They constantly die, don't learn or get better. so the get gud comments are relentless. If you are going to force the worst players to contstantly have a sweat feast, why not force the top players to have it aswell. That allows players to get better and play within their skill gap, not get decimated by a god moving at speeds they can't comprehend. This is clearly my opinion.. as an experienced, average player with literally thousands of hours in game. I want my opinion to be for the games sake, not for my own progression or betterment. sometimes my opinion will actually hurt my own characters, but, I feel it would be better for the game. I also feel many people cannot seperate what is good for the game from what is good for themselves.
