Black Screen on Launch
Launching the game results in a black screen. I still have the sound and full access to the menu etc just I have no display. This occurred after I applied a windows update last night but prior everything was fine.
Fixes I tried-
Restarting PC
Rolling back the windows update
Uninstalling and reinstalling Destiny 2
Reverting Nvidia Driver to 385.69
Verifying games integrity

The fix where you alt - tab out of the game and disable the intel driver then re-enable it provides a temporary work around but also tanks the frame rate.
I would really like to be able to play this game without any problems again so please help me out.
EDIT:
Connecting a monitor via HDMI while on the black screen also appears to work
Regardless of what I do though it appears to run off my integrated graphics and not my NVIDIA card leading to huge frame drops.

3 commentairesYeah you are not alone, some people have this problem for almost a month, after dozens of topics open on the forum, May 18 Bungie finally stated that they are aware and investigating the issue but since this problems only seems to occur on laptops they also stated that they have no obligation to make the game run on laptops and their PC support doesn't apply to laptops.....and even changed the requirements of the games to state that, even if at launch they didn't mention nothing and there's probably thousands of gaming laptop owners that bought their game.
