You would be correct, though a quick Google search brings up a Canadian quick-service pizza restaurant - I'm not sure how that's relevant.

Caesar was certainly roman but pizza wasn't, given that tomatoes weren't brought over to Europe until after 1492. It wasn't until the late 18th century that what we refer to as the modern pizza was developed in Naples.

Pizzas are older than the 1800's however you are correct that pizzas with tomato sauce didnt occur until the late 18th century.
