We all know the devs are working on some pretty significant changes over the next 10+ months, but will those changes be good enough without random rolls, better PVP, and a LOT less eververse to save D2? Even if they could, will they come fast enough to save it? We've seen the road map and honestly i'm looking forward to the changes coming but i'm concerned that by the time the major changes hit that this will all be too little too late, or that the existing fundamental concerns with PVP and gear in general will just be too overbearing to save it. If the playerbase keeps on this steady decline, at what point do Bungie / Activision throw in the towel and stop producing content? It's still just the beginning for this game so i'd love to say "give it a chance" but i'm seriously concerned that the games base major concerns (loadouts, PVP teamshot meta, lack of random rolls, lack of reason to play, etc.) will cause any / all modifications down the road to fail.
