Dear Bungie, I wrote a serious post about solicitors spamming your fireteam forums. It was completely honest and non-offensive. The forums are flooded with advertisements for this website stating that they will level players for money. In response, you removed my post and sent me this notification: "This topic violated the Code of Conduct, and was met with Ninja Justice." Please do explain what this means and why you removed my post.

1 commentaireAs Kellogs has mentioned, if you want more clarification on a forum violation, feel free to message any Ninja (including myself) and we’ll be able to follow up with you.

Because Bungie sucks.

Another day passes, another day Bungie advocates solicitors....They don't care about us.

Maybe one of the "Ninja's" was one of the people who flooded the forums with those advertisements? Controversy is great, I wouldn't doubt Bungie would try to do something similar to that, they do like money quite a bit

1 commentaireIts really Bungie trying to make money.

That depends on what you included in your thread or what others replied. If you included links to sites that solicit a paid service or included gamertags that would have been flagged as violating the CoC. Normally a Ninja would have made an edit and removed anything that was deemed to violate the CoC, but there are times where the entire thread would be removed due to the severity of the violation and / or the responses made in the thread.

Either way, Solicitors spamming the fireteam forums is an obvious problem. Bungie needs to put an end to it. The report button obviously doesn't work because I've reported all of the solicitor's names and posts and they have done nothing about it at all.

if you called someone out by name it violates the code of conduct you can complain all you want but you can't name and shame

So, Bungie advocates solicitors and is unwilling/unable to do anything about it. Got it. Thank you. An honest player can't point out the obvious that a solicitor's user name only active on Bungie for a few days with no characters or game library is advertising. Now we know.
