Bungie: As a clan founder and administrator, I am finding this app the be cumbersome at best. When we get applications for clan membership, we (our administrators) get a notification showing us the Username of whoever is asking to join. Our clan is invitation only. When we get requests to join, we (Admin) need to ask them who referred them to our clan. The TLDR is: when we click on their name we are given three choices; approve, deny or ban. There is no way for me to message these applicants to ask them who referred them. When I click on them, those three choices pop up and that's it. If I search for them by manually entering their name, I am not finding them so I can't message them. This leaves me in a position where I have to canvas our clan members on our clan facebook page (60+ members) and ask them "Who invited so-and-so?". To complicate things even more, sometimes their Bungie name is different from their XBL gamertag so our membership doesn't recognise who I am asking about. At that point I am forced to unfortunately deny their application. Please solve this by adding a "Message user" option in addition to the "Approve/Deny/Ban" options. Thanks for everything you do!
