After reading the Felwinter grimoire card. A few things about Felwinter were revealed.
In a time before the consensus there were warlords who had the power of light and ghosts. They took territory and sometimes abused the land and its people.
The iron lords sought to unify everyone. Felwinter went to a warlord Titan named Citan as an envoy of piece for the iron lords. After a heated debate Citan became enraged and tried to hammer of sol Felwinter. But before he could Felwinter aerial shoulder charged him. Apparently Lady Jolder taught him how to do it.
Citan's ghost resurrects him and Felwinter kills him again with his famous shotgun Felwinters Lie. This time he killed Citan's ghost as well so Citan stayed dead as he was guardian. With Citan dead permanently, the iron lords gained his territory and freed it's people.
-
I mean the Concept of Guardians was still newish so I assume that the classes weren't completely defined so I guess it's possible
-
Also he finished killing him after the shoulder charge by snapping his next with void
-
Well, he could knee people in the face...
-
That is Felwinters Lie. He was actually a Titan and not a warlock. :)
-
Bull. How did he die an sol mode if warlocks don't have peregrine greaves?
-
Felwinter was also an ex-warlord
-
oh great, all we need is warlocks running around with shoulder charge. If a warlock jumps its an instant 7th column as is.
-
Wow warlocks have really gone to hell.
-
So if a warlock can do that, why can't titans rip down doors or throw shit. I want to throw my recently acquired BNF into someones face!
-
Fukin ledge
-
Not a worlock or a titan but a bad ass
-
He was just a bad ass
-
Wait, so you're just quoting the card? You haven't left any room for discussion, but that aside, if the warlocks can teach hunters to blink, then why not teach the warlocks to shoulder charge Btw if they make an exotic for that I'm quitting crucible
-
I swear if there is going to be shoulder charge self-Rez warlocks...
-
It's happening
-
That card is incorrect. It's called Felwinter's Peak for a reason. Citan never stood a chance. All Felwinter had to do was shotgun him from the mountain top.
-
From what I understand, technically Shoulder Charge is Blink. Titans just use it differently to Warlocks and Hunters.
-
Not that surprising. Look at the grenades go the new classes. They each got one unique grenade and then two from other classes. The hunters got blink from the warlocks. In the lore it seems the classes aren't so clearly defined as they are in the game.
-
Felwinters lie must be a metaphor for what happened between him and citan, when they were talking before they tried to kill each other
-
So, the FL can kill Ghosts! Nice, now, explain how 'range' was OP...
-
I read that card expecting to know a little more about felwinter's infamous lie, but instead I learned that he was able to blink shoulder charge. It official, felwinter top tier warlock
-
Knowing Felwinter's Lie he probably crossmap shotgun sniped Citan
-
One of the best cards out there. How do you find out which class each iron lord was? Not all the cards seem to say
-
But can he do a flip without bending his knees?
-
Oh that? Yeah Warlocks got mad about shoulder charge so they stole it from the last few using it.

Modifié par KurticusGT : 10/2/2016 9:45:41 AMSo wait, was Felwinter running in circles (cycling the SC cool down mind you) as he awaited Citan's response, and just as Citan enraged, Felwinter said "fcuk it" and released a perfectly timed Shoulder Charge that SOMEHOW beat a hammer Titan in his super? 😕 ...in the air...
