They have a lot of money and an extremely dedicated leader in Chris Roberts who's been planning this game for decades. There have been some delays recently but I couldn't care less about them. It's only three years into development, but because they are more open with the development process it upsets people more it seems. I recently got a nice warthog HOTAS setup and I'll have an oculus rift when they finally release. Can't wait!!!!
