Already gotten all 4 of the fusion rifle engrams and went to caydes stash. All I found was a scannable computer interface that doesn't allow it to be currently scanned, maybe a daily hero thing, and the secret room with a card in it that triggers dialogue with cayde concerning certain cards, and a scannable pod with a dead guardian in it, in the room with the echo of oryx
