Just finished up a level 32 Urrox run where a squadmate got killed right before the boss went down. Ran back to the main room and he didn't get teleported/revived when Variks summoned all guardians. We tried to wipe and reset but we just stayed down. I was able to self res and res player 3 but player 2 was still stuck in the arena and missed out on opening the chests. I feel really bad about this as the other player earned the rewards but didn't get anything but an armor core. This seems like an issue that should not exist or can be easily fixed. comment if you've had a similar experience
