Xur is not RNG
Found this link in another thread; Deej explaining that Xur is not RNG.

Edit 2: Just to clarify as some think is a stupid revelation; I've always believed Xur was RNG but this is evidence of such.

2 RespuestasIts very irritating that Warlocks get the same thing four weeks in a row while Titans have had a shot at buying at least every exotic Armour piece at some point. Xur simply needs to sell 2 items e.g Praxis and Acrachnid already. Armour wont break any balancing so I don't see the issue. Also roll overs are frustrating certain items have only appeared once forcing a lot of people unable to use certain exotics at the high level

On Christmas they should have done a community vote on any exotic for xur to sell. Instead, they made him sell the No Land Beyond, LOL. That's bungie's way of saying Marry Christmas.
