Monte Carlo and Hard Light shoud have ARC!
Especially the Hard Light, it shoots blue blast so why doesn't it do arc.

Monte Carlo already has a one-of-a-kind perk, exclusives are fine as they are, and hard light needs nothing but a minor damage buff. For an exotic auto rifle, it seems to be pretty severely outmatched by my for the people.

Hard light's description says it shoots ionized polymer, so this makes sense to me.
