The spawns on them have turned spotty. Sometimes it runs like clockwork and it's easy glimmer, sometimes you need to go parade around the Steppes outside to get them to respawn. When it runs optimally, you go down there kill them and then from that room, turn around and face out, just run straight to the wall, pause a second and go back in and they're respawned.
