we really need a trading system...
Ok I know everybody has better luck than others and some are finding it very hard to get good gear no matter how many times they do the raid or the nightfall on all of their characters. We very badly need a trading or an auction system where we can trade or auction our unwanted exotics in the tower.
Just as an example I have had very good luck in destiny and have got duplicates of basically every exotic weapon and even 3 yes 3 vex Mythoclasts in one week! I'm tired listening to my friends whine about how lucky I am and how bad their luck is. I want to be able to give away my unwanted weapons for other armour I may want or new weapons I may want to try out. A system like this must be implemented so that players can make the most of the value of an exotic item that they gain.

One. Trading is exploitable Two. There's not enough items in the game for trading. If any kind of trading was implemented you'd have everything you want within a month.

Yes outright trading could break the game, BUT: If you have to make a trading decision in the 30 seconds of the mission end screen to pass up (or trade) ur second hawkmoon you were just rewarded to someone in ur fireteam who didn't get it or hasn't gotten it would definitely not break the game. Same effort involved, less impact of "luck". And when playing with friends you can actually do something about their (my) whining. It would make the game more MMO-ish as this in a sense is a need/greed system. If you don't need it, you could trade ur reward for someone else's 7 coins.

4 RespuestasI was really against trading for a while only because it seemed it would make the game collapse like Diablo did and that would just ruin everyone's fun. But as the games goes on and items are acquired it seems that implementing a trading system would be a good idea. The problem would be giving each weapon a "trade value" for how much an item is or can be worth. It would really need to be thought out and brought into the game in a way that will appeal to all players. What Bungie could potentially do is make a survey with multiple choice answers for various different methods they could use for creating the system.

Maybe have more of a trading system similar to borderlands. Just request a trade with someone. Sounds a lot easier than some big system.

Make ingame clans and those you clan with for 7 or 15 days trading is possible with them, prevents online sites from selling stuff

Maybe a trade tax like what is used in warframe depending on the item you so much glimmer is needed for trade like say exotic is worth 15000 the person you are trading to needs this much to successfully trade with you

I don't care one way or another as I wouldn't use it...but if it did happen I believe as long as it is optional that the players can hash out the details themselves.
