It would be ideal if in the tower there was an easy way to identify players who want to do strikes or raids or looking for other players. Its hard to tell who is looking for people and would be ideal to have a dedicated space to go so other players know your looking to join a game. A lot of time is spent trying to organize players for matches unless a fireteam is already created. If not a dedicated area then instead of having your name\rank or the " ....." above you character, perhaps a comment bubble stating "Gun for hire" so people know your looking to join a fireteam.
