So Iron Banner is confusing to me .. how is one on an IB team .... yes, you are randomly selected but no one talks to anyone .... no one teaches anyone ... if you are new to the Crucible and IB is it assumed you know what you are doing .... at least with VOG you discuss and play out a strategy ...

IB is a tournament. You wouldn't sent someone to play in the playoffs or championship game for that matter before preseason.

You will get it. I got tired of losing. So I went in on PvP. I found a group and got a little bit better. Plus it's more fun to part as a group
