You're retarded. Bungie said if you wanted a good experience of iron banner, being your best gear and make your fire team. It's your own fault if you are going in randomly with people random. My team last night did 14 matches and only lost 2. 1 of them being against baconators live's team. We got our asses handed to us. But we won 12/14 matches. So stop complaining about others if you aren't going to make it easier on yourself

You need to get friends together or find good players you play with, invite them as friends and make a team.

That's what I did for some. Played with some good players, added them as friends and started running with them. Though most the time I'm with my clan who isn't so good at pvp but it's fun to play with them.
