I played on my lvl 25 hunter and noticed nothing different about the banner lol, still stomped lvl 30s like nothing, and still won most games and finished first even When my team lost. Hopped on my lvl 29 warlock and noticed a small difference in hitting a touch harder with my VoC. Level advantages or not, bad kids are still bad. I usually run solo or with my buddy who's lvl 28. We don't lose often unless our teammates won't make the effort to cap. Message me on the 360 if anyone is interested in getting 6 people together and running with a full team. GT: Musella 7474

All level does is indicate you have lower armour rate making it easier to kill you. Your damage output is determined by your weapon's attack power, so if your gun is at 300, you will hit as hard as a 30 that has a 300 attack power gun making you just as dangerous as anybody else (only easier to kill)

I'll be on around 730 tonight after I get out of work. Most likely gonna raid tonight and get the weekly and nightfall done then play some IB. (I'm in NY so that's eastern time)
