Buff sparrow surfing!
Make it so when you do the sparrow surf everyone can see you right when you get it so you don't have to enter/leave areas so people can see you sparrow surfing. Or make attempting sparrow surfing easier to accomplish. Bump for buff.

It's funny but I hadn't logged in for a few days for more than a few mins and this got me to log back in and do some missions.
