The entire purpose is to make it challenging or everyone will complain it's way to easy, like previous post just wait until the next step of the bounty. Xyor is in the 4th fleet of wizards on level 26 and you need an entire fire team.
I've never had a problem completing them only one that's taking time is the fusion rifle dismantle since I haven't been getting those as drops.

I just bought the rifles from the gunsmith for pocket infinity. 1600 glimmer per rifle.
