I don't have it but I have seen a skill tree for it somewhere.

I've only seen it on databases. I haven't seen an in-game screenshot of a skill tree.

Me as well. I'm wondering if it's even in game yet or people just skip the bounty because it's a scout rifle.

Part of me think's its because Bungie hasn't built in into the game yet. But it could be ultra-elusive or something. I doubt people would skip over it, though.

By skip I mean more like choose one of the other 2 options. Just have to wait and see I suppose.

Yeah, I know what you mean. But some people (like myself) have completed all the other bounties and wouldn't skip over it.
