Destiny Books?
Just curious if there are any plans to release Destiny based books?
There is quite a bit of back story and lore in the Grimoire. It would be really cool to see some of that fleshed out in book form. Perhaps the Queen of the Reef's "ruthless" rise to power? A back story for the Speaker and how he came to speak for the Traveler. Maybe Lord Shaxx and stories from the Battle of the Twilight Gap.
Just some ideas I had. The books were one of my favorite parts about Halo. They added so much depth that you didnt always get to see in the games. I would love to get that same effect with Destiny!

i was thinking about that earlier today. the books in the Halo universe really made me appreciate and understand the games much more. i was telling my friends that this game could stand for the same thing! however, I WOULD RATHER SEE THIS STUFF IN-GAME!

Thanks guys! The Halo books were a big part of the depth the game had. Having books for Destiny would be great for creating 'Legends' and fleshing out the lore. Itd be nice if Bungie would make even a mention of whether this was something in the works or not. LOL

Agreed! I'd love some books not only about current events, but maybe something around the Collapse would be a great read, and perhaps even a book focused on a character from each of the different enemy Factions.
