So i feel stupid but I've never thought to look for dead ghosts In the tower, I randomly found one on the speakers desk but it said "awaken" not revive.. so then I went looking around to see if I could find more. When you come out of the area the speaker is (to the main room of the tower) look to your left go up the stairs, follow the light and on top of those boxes is another ghost, That's one you revive. Just wondering if I'm the only one that missed this, are there anymore in the tower and if awakening a ghost is the same as reviving??
