Personally I'm not getting it. I played the original (i replayed it earlier this year too) and the graphics were never a problem for me to justify buying it again. It has a few new things added which seem interesting but thats not enough for me to justify, again, buying it again. Ive heard good things around it. If you've never played the original, definitely go for it, its a great game.

Only reason I’m not playing it is because I played it back when Xbox One launched. Loved it back then, but a visual overhaul and minor tweaks isn’t enough to get me to revisit. However, I’ve heard nothing but good things about the new game, so if you’ve never played, jump in.

No real cons. It was a great game already, they updated the controls which would have been the biggest con for modern gaming standards. That was the only concern I had and they solved it. Definitely get it

Pros. No modern day story. Graphics look great. Combat is no longer just easy mode parry everything. Movement feels smooth. New toys over the original. Naval combat smooth. Rope dart a really fun tool. Story is fun and interesting. Cons In game store for cosmetics in a single player game. Ship upgrades are locked until you hit. certain points in story which I get why they did it or you'd be op fast but still it's a con. Overall I'm loving it
