Just to give more information, I attempted the same thing three days ago on my hunter. I got my Gen. Grievous transmogs but everything else just disappeared. Everything is in my discovered armor, just General Grievous is the only thing I can equip on any character.

Unbelievable i buy the ultimate DLC pack and cant use the gear that is supposed to come with it...... I have the exact same problem....

I noticed this as well. Also my exotics armor level lowered from 139 to 19 and I can infuse it be the number doesn’t go any higher

I'm having the same problem. Have them unlocked in collections, can't equip them

Same issue here, not touching my other characters after I noticed my Grievous set gone while trying to fix my load outs.

affecting ALL players from what i can see so far. myself, my roommate, are both affected as well. I hope this gets an Immediate fix, or i'll be uninstalling, and demanding a refund. If not then a lawsuit will happen....

I would guess just starting a lawsuit would break the bank just to pay the retainer for the lawyer. Lawyers also charge for every email, conversation, or paperwork filed. Unless you are going to self represent, just the communications back and forth with just the client drain the bank account. Where as Sony most likely has lawyers on retainer ready and waiting. Already paid.
