Neither Relocator, nor Mattermorph grant respective subclass verbs
1. Relocator II does not grant Void Overshield after teleportation.
2. Mattermorph does not grant Woven Mail after hitting a morphable object.
3. Mattermorph does not apply Unravel to enemies. Applies Suspend properly.
4. Using Matterspark IV does not start health regeneration when only Shield is damaged. Probably intended, but I report nonetheless.
