You have to go to your donations and check for the code.

Though it might be bugged because it came up as the prismatic embrace when i redeemed just like with the pride shader redemption

It's bugged or something adjacent to it - the code was not attached to the donation at all. I've done this before, I know how it works, it just wasn't attached like usual, hence why I'm here.
