Destiny 2 Companion loading issue

Loading issue is slow took 1 hour and still loading. Can’t see my vault and character statistics etc. not sure if it’s due to having my smartphone got phished 6 years ago. I already traded the device for a new smartphone 2 years ago yet they phished my phone number so I changed my phone number and my smartphone. Still having issues with Destiny 2 companion apps. Unable to redeem codes for emblem!

This shows someone phished my account by accessing my Destiny 2 Companion apps from my iPhone! Even though my account is using a NFC security encrypted key!
