https://youtu.be/ZxL_hlwB0M4?si=_phRfbNwu7ii1YtM This shows the bug in effect at the very end of the clip, it includes the previous life showing it working normally. The effect is similar to the other weapons I mentioned.

Unfortunately I don't seem to have any clips of it in action rn, it usually results in my death and only happen for a few seconds of gameplay so I haven't thought to clip it. I'll update the post, or make a follow-up post with any examples if I get it to trigger again.
