UPDATE: I was able to gain mementos once I was down to 1 memento in my memento inventory. So new mementos cannot be obtained if you have 2 mementos in your memento inventory (it will not go from 2 to 3 but will go from 0 to 1 and 1 to 2). The Fizzled memento has no bearing on this. Old post content (outdated): [spoiler]I have a Fizzled Games Memento left over from past years (as a memento...), and I have received several Games Memento drops from dunking medallions, but the number 2/1 shown in my Memento inventory will not increase to 3 when these drop. I suspect (but have yet to confirm) that the Fizzled Games Memento is the cause for the new-Memento inventory count is not increasing, despite other mementos not having this restriction. I will attempt to obtain a recording the next time this occurs.[/spoiler]
