The error is "Your account lacks the permissions for this feature" I get this error every single time I go into cla chat. I have to close and reopen the app until it finally allows me to type in the chat. In addition to those issues now it duplicates every post I make in my clans chat as well as other clan members.

No, don't respond to questions when you do not have the ability to resolve the issue. Telling someone to uninstall and reinstall an app is a playbook answer.

If you no longer wish to see a user's responses, you can visit that user's profile and block them, but this does not stop them from replying to your comments. It only hides their comments from your view when you're logged in. Getting back on topic. The next suggestion is that you may have entered a DoB of someone under 13 years of age. Due to the age of digital consent laws, Bungie is required to limit access to certain content for those aged under 13. This will cause those users to see the "Your account lacks the permissions for this feature" error. If you are above the age of digital consent (13), you can submit a form to Bungie to have this corrected.
