This game has a radar and high ttks and people wonder why it’s full of team shooting and ability spam.
Maybe because you can’t flank or ambush. Getting the jump on people is basically impossible unless they have the awareness of a mushroom.
So what’s left? Team shooting and ability spam.
PvP in this game has always been a sad imitation of classic arena shooters.

It used to be different. Invis was stronger, you could flank easier. Movement was faster before stompee nerfs. There wasn't as much healing as these days, and players had less overall health. Guns were more forgiving which allowed more moving playstyle. Ability cooldowns were shorter which allowed players to push solo against multiple opponents. It was very different at the best of times.
