Twitch Sub "Pulsar Approaching" emblem bugged
shows "requires emblem not owned".. and doesnt allow you to select it.

I have the same issue. Picked the emblem up from Master Rahool, but can't equip it with the same error message. The emblem also fails to show in collections, but still flashes as if there is something new in the "General" section for emblems.
