Its very bad, when I just read what it did me and a bunch of people knew it was bad. How was this pitched and the team thought this to be a good Idea? My theory, didn't have much time to think on something cool or effective. Its done, there is no turning back now, only after a few years maybe. What a shame.

If they were to reduce the CD to be, say 6-7 seconds then I think it would be respected. It’s a good aspect for what it does. It allows a loop of “threadlings make tangles, tangles make threadlings” with a bunch of unravel baked in there. Is it spicy and new like the titan and hunter one? Not really. But it does its job fairly well. Also allows suspend on a threadings build for warlock which is nice. Side note. Cadmus Ridge Lance Cap also needs this reduced CD to be 3-4 seconds.

It needs a larger radius and a tangle cooldown nerf to make it useful at all in PvE. It’s decent in PvP though since threadling kills are pretty common if you build into them.

Hunter sucks too, Titan is alright but not good either

Yup, it's called wanderer so what if it tracked back to us. Nice QoL and would've made it tons better

The titan one I don't use it because I don't like the mechanic it's a pain

How it should’ve released: - tangles created by the warlock automatically transform into the wanderer and seek out the warlock, and then start to orbit the warlock similar to Threadling eggs - the wanderer will seek out the next target hit by the warlocks gunfire or arcane needle melee (can still be grappled) - the wanderer will explode on impact (no delayed explosion) and suspends targets within a larger radius and let out a war screech when it is about to impact - damaging suspended targets generates melee energy, kills grand an additional boost while letting out an unraveling burst - Threadling kills generate tangles and the cooldown is lowered by (x) seconds every time a Threadling kills another enemy - the wanderer can also head straight to an enemy instead of the warlock if the warlock is already damaging an enemy with an arcane needle or gunfire, it will only orbit if there are no current enemies available - effect from exotics and fragments relating to tangle usage can still be utilized in this way Actual summoner vibes with good passives that reward the player for continually using their summon as well as their effects. This also makes suspension spammable (with the right build) like the other two classes.

Editado por McGurque: 5/29/2023 1:30:51 PMMy immediate thoughts are that it NEEDS 3 fragment slots. The 15 second cooldown on Tangles makes this harder to use (yes, the other 2 new aspects rely on Melee or Dodge cooldown but they seem overall better). You can already spam Suspend so I don't really get the 15 second Tangle cooldown. Maybe leave the cooldown for PvP but the Aspect could at least drop it to 5-10 seconds. I was trying to run a complicated build (Felwinter's Helm, high Strength, consume Shackle Grenade for Suspend) and it just could not perform in tougher content. I am sure with practice it would be "better", but for now it is not a good build. Maybe there is a good build for it but again, first impressions leave me leaning towards the originsl 2 Aspects. Edit: also, am I crazy or is the size of the Suspend burst from this smaller than other sources?

Editado por GeneJumper: 5/29/2023 2:09:57 PMI feel like they released it in the most basic form with almost no thought or creativity. It has potential, but needs work to realize that potential.
-
It should imo give 3 fragment slots or attaching a tangle should do the following Sever near by combatants or send out unravel projectiles
-
This is just more proof that Bungie hates warlocks.
-
The aspect itself is actually very good but it has too many issues atm -15sec cd -you have to run over to the tangle -teamates can steal your tangle -small radius Overall I am having fun with it but I think they should change it to have a lower cd and make the tangles track towards you when you spawn em.
-
I like it way more then 3 threadling when i cast my rift but yes i think it need to be buff.
-
My opinion on the aspect… its a steamy pile of 💩💩💩
-
It is utter dog ish.
-
It also reduces tangle damage btw.
-
at least make the aspect spawn 3 tangles on your location
-
I gave it a try. It’s ok, but I will likely stick with the original two. They just work better. Although it’s not hard to run in and pick up tangles, it’s just kind of boring.
