catalyst and crafting triumph BUGS.
1.
The marsillion-c solar grenade launcher is there, advertised as CRAFTABLE.
but no deepsight weapon is ever dropping from anywhere.
just remove this triumph (fake).
2.
vexcalibur catalyst triumph is not unlocking.
upgraded to intrinsic IV, and reshaped with all 3 catalysts.
none of them unlocks this triumph.

For point 1 - the weapon could be scheduled for later and the triumph is early. For point 2 - its the same bug with revision/osteo. equip the MW'd (cata) vexcalibur -> reshape a heavy weapon/craft a new vex without a cata.
