There is no E3 this year due to many studios pulling out and it’s no surprise to say Geoff Keighleys summer games fest has become popular so are the individual games studios state of the game reveals has gotten so is there any point of e3 anymore or an bygone relic of the past? E3 has been in decline for a while, especially since the big publishers are just doing their own individual shows nowadays. E3 hasn’t really tried to adapt to it either and unless they do they’re probably gonna -blam!- it down completely at some point. At best E3 will just be a showcase of indie talent for the majority of devs there but the mass isn’t to in love with that like they are with the AAA industry.
